The Company provides consulting services in the field of European Union grant financing, including:
Analysis of project readiness for EU grant applications; selection of the most suitable grant programme; professional preparation and submission of applications; project management after grant approval; support during the reporting and project closure phase.
All services are provided on the basis of an individual contract concluded between the Company and the Client.
The Company undertakes to provide services in good faith and with due professionalism, using up-to-date knowledge of EU grant programmes. However, the Company does not guarantee the approval of a grant application, as the final decision is made solely by the authorised bodies of the European Union.
The Client undertakes to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the preparation of the application, and to respond to the Company's requests in a timely manner.
The cost of services is determined individually and fixed in the contract. Payment is made in accordance with the schedule specified in the contract.
The refund policy is governed by the terms of the specific contract. In the event of early termination of the contract at the Client's initiative, a refund is made proportionally to the volume of uncompleted work, less actual costs incurred.
